I had lunch with Marina’s Tapas Chef Andres Kaifer, one of two chefs along with Chef Alex Bridges.
We vibed and we chatted about Miami (chef’s hometown), Charlotte, and Madrid over flan, pan con tomate, calamares fritos, and croquetas.
Everything was delish—I started with the flan of course (power move). You don’t want to miss it!
